Forster-Tuncurry Veterans Golf Club

Forster-Tuncurry Vets Club kicked off in the late 50’s but was not really official until 1968 when 9 holes were played at Forster Course on a Monday morning. The Club has evolved from the original four members to upwards of 300 .

 

The original format continues as 9 holes, interspersed with 18 hole B/B/Q events, one day bus trips, local Club visits and one or two overnight trips annually.

 

Visiting Vets are more than welcome to play on those days and join in the social activity and new members are always welcome.

Week of Golf - Forster, Tuncurry, Tallwoods & Taree

Each year since 2000 the Week of Golf is run as the largest event in the Golf Club’s calendar .In 2012 we anticipate this event to be programmed for October to take advantage of  additional daylight and allow for bigger fields.
